As a Buyer or A Seller, Please Read These Terms Totally And Carefully
They Apply To All Participants At Our Auctions |

- Cash, Travelers Check, Bank Cashier Check or Money Orders Accepted.
Checks may be guaranteed by irrevocable bank letter of credit if submitted to Big Dawg Promotions, LLC. office 10 days prior to an event. Bank Letters of Credit should be faxed to our office at (859) 581-8579 or emailed to tomw@tomwieckauctions.com or tomwieckauctions@aol.com. Otherwise - no personal or business checks will be accepted at the auction site.
- Visa / MasterCard will be accepted and may be subject to a Buyer´s Premium. Credit card customers will be required to sign a waiver of condition to purchase property.
- Prospective buyers must have a Buyer Number to bid at The Auction. Driver´s license or other picture identification is required to be shown at the office.
- Sales tax is added to all purchases at The Auction unless a valid Resale Certificate is on file for the Registered Buyer. Please have the resale certificate with you when you register as a buyer.
- Report lost or stolen Buyer Number immediately to the show office as a Buyer is responsible for all purchases made on his/her account number.
- Unless otherwise announced, all property sells to the highest bidder without reserve. Everything sells "as is - where is" on its own merit. The condition of any piece is expressed only by its appearance and condition. Absolutely no warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied on any item(s). Bidders are encouraged to fully examine property prior to sale of any item. Every sale site will be open to the public for at least one hour prior to the beginning of The Auction for complete inspection.
- All rolling stock must be settled for immediately upon sale of the item unless prior arrangements with the Auctioneer have been made.
- The impound area is for Big Dawg Promotions, LLC. staff only. You must have your impound cards and paid receipts before claiming any property. All sale property must be removed from the show site by 10 pm on the last day of The Auction.
- Buyers must settle at the end of each sale day. No Exceptions!
- Big Dawg Promotions, LLC., and Tom Wieck Auctioneer, will operate under the laws of the Kentucky Auctioneer Commission (KYAL P2389) which are reciprocal to the State of Indiana, State of Illinois, State of Ohio and State of Tennessee and State of Missouri. Announcements made sale day take precedence over any printed material.
